YOGA All Yoga classes are drop in, 1 hour.  
Yoga Level 1 is suitable for beginners and those with restricted mobility or injury.

Yoga Level 2 assumes some previous experience of yoga and offers a more challenging class.

WHY AGE  circuit classes (WhangareiHeads Yoga and GRAVITY Exercise) combine the TOTAL GYM incline body weight trainer with Suspension Training and other 'toys' for a fast, fun workout. Bookings are essential and times can be arranged for groups of 2, 3 or 4 people.
